Who can apply?
Built an AI Product?
This Is Your Opportunity.
For independent companies developing their own AI-powered products—including startups and emerging innovators.
Your company must be registered and incorporated on or after May 19, 2025. A working product or paid/external pilot is required. Resellers and services-only firms do not qualify.
Select one primary category. If your product does not fit neatly, choose Other — Special Consideration. Applications are free.
Full eligibility requirements
Your company must be registered when applying. Rebranding or restructuring does not reset company age. Eligible products include your own AI software, platform, model or API, or AI hardware with its own software. Third-party models/APIs can be part of your product. AI must be central to its value, not simply a tool used by your staff.
Your product must be generally available or in a paid or external pilot with a live demo/product page. Concepts and internal-only prototypes do not qualify. Companies must not be majority-owned by, or a division of, another company.
Resellers, distributors, white-label sellers, service/consulting/agency firms, systems integrators and MSPs are excluded. Genuine mixed product-and-services businesses require review. Xeo, its staff and its clients’ products are excluded under the conflict rules. Xeo makes final eligibility/admission decisions under the published rules.

What is AI UNVEILED?
AI UNVEILED is the 2027 AI Trailblazers Pavilion at Visible to AI Summit & Expo, providing eligible AI product companies an opportunity to showcase their innovations in Toronto on May 19–20, 2027. Xeo Marketing organizes the event.
Who can participate in AI UNVEILED?
Independent companies developing their own AI products, registered and incorporated on or after May 19, 2025, with a live product or paid/external pilot. Resellers and services-only businesses without a qualifying product are excluded. See the complete eligibility requirements above.
How much does it cost to participate?
Applications are free. Accepted companies pay CAD $499 plus applicable taxes. Their acceptance email includes a FreshBooks invoice/payment link. There is no website checkout. Payment and the agreement confirm the place under the written offer.
How are participants selected?
Rolling review considers eligibility, category relevance, product variety and capacity—not a first-come guarantee. There are up to 90 standard places (up to 10 per category) plus up to 10 invited companies. Applying does not reserve a place.
What do participating companies receive?
A tabletop and chairs, working-product demonstration opportunity, digital profile and demo link, collective Summit/AIECT promotion, and the 2027 AI Trailblazer credential for confirmed eligible participants. Stage/reveal arrangements and audience-choice competition are subject to programme rules. Your offer confirms equipment, access and services.
Where and when is AI UNVEILED taking place?
May 19–20, 2027, in Toronto, Canada, as part of Visible to AI Summit & Expo 2027, organized by Xeo Marketing.
What is the 2027 AI Trailblazer recognition?
Confirmed eligible participants receive the 2027 AI Trailblazer credential. Eligible competitors participate in verified-email audience voting for category and overall recognition under final published rules. This is audience-choice, not jury judging. Voting dates are still to be confirmed.
What demo and reveal do I need?
Plan a meaningful unveiling: a new product, major version, flagship customer win, partnership or original research. Stage format and timing will be confirmed separately.
Your English-language working-product demo video must be no more than three minutes; captions are recommended. You must have rights to the content. The initial cohort’s video deadline is January 31, 2027; later entrants receive a deadline in their offer. Missing the applicable deadline removes competition eligibility, but keeps the paid tabletop allocation.
What if my plans change?
Once paid and confirmed, participant cancellations are non-refundable, subject to the agreement and non-excludable rights. Organizer cancellation or postponement terms must be finalized before payment. Review the complete written offer and agreement before accepting.
When are applications and payments due?
The application closing date and payment-hold period will be confirmed; they are not yet announced. Full categories may accept waitlist applications without payment.
